本人简历:
2003.09-2010.06四川农业大学本科、硕士,其中2008.07-2010.08中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所客座研究生。2010.09-2014.01德国莱布尼茨植物遗传与作物栽培研究所(IPK)工作,2014.01被授予哈勒大学博士,荣获summa cum laude称号。2014.04-2017.04先后在德国科隆马普植物育种研究所(MPI)和瑞士苏黎世大学(UZH)博士后。入选中国农业科学院青年英才计划A类,2017.05作物科学研究所工作,研究员,硕士生导师。
研究方向:
大麦比较基因组学、大麦广谱抗病性理论和应用研究
主要贡献:
图位克隆大麦黄花叶病广谱持久隐性抗性基因rym1/11,并发展诊断性分子标记辅助欧洲大麦育种。解析数千份野生/栽培大麦黄花叶病毒隐性基因的序列变异和遗传演化,揭示东亚地区栽培大麦中感性基因通过不同的序列变异机制从而导致抗性变异产生的分子机理。建立苗期玉米大斑病、小斑病和普通锈病抗性鉴定平台,图位克隆大斑病抗性基因Ht2并完成功能验证,解析大斑病抗性基因Htn1调控广谱抗性的分子机理。
