本人简历：
任贵兴，三级研究员，博士生导师。国家杂粮加工技术研发分中心（北京）主任，中国作物学会藜麦分会会长，公益性行业（农业）科研专项（杂粮初加工）首席科学家，国家食用豆体系加工岗位科学家。1980年9月至1984年8月在山西农业大学园艺系蔬菜专业本科学习；1984年9月至1987年8月在中国农业科学院特产研究所作物栽培与耕作专业攻读硕士学位；1995年7月至1999年12月在香港大学食品加工与保存专业攻读博士学位。
研究方向：
食用豆、藜麦等杂粮功能成分鉴定、生物活性评价及产品研发
主要贡献：
在食用豆、燕麦、荞麦、藜麦等杂粮作物品质成分鉴定及降血糖、提高免疫、抗氧化等品质特性评价方面取得一定成绩。截止2016年5月，以通讯作者发表SCI收录论文52篇、中文核心期刊论文28篇；申请专利15项（第一发明人），授权7项；研发产品7个（已转让2个），完成成果鉴定（评价）2项（第一完成人）；翻译译著1本，登记藜麦品种1个，制定粮食行业标准1项；培养及联合培养博士后1名、博士6名、硕士11名，指导进修、实习人员20余名。
