本人简历：
李秀全，高级实验师，1987.9-1990.7在中央农业广播学校农学专业学习中专毕业，1999.9-2004.7中央党校函授学院经济管理专业本科毕业。1982.3-2003.1在中国农业科学院作物品种资源研究所工作，2003年至今在中国农业科学院作物科学所工作。
研究方向：
小麦种质资源。
主要贡献：
本人所在课题组承担着国家“973”计划项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家“863”计划课题以及科技部基础性工作专项等等项目，作为课题主要执行人，承担课题组的项目管理、经费管理、后勤服务及田间等日常工作。 多年来，协助项目首席完成了项目立项前预算编制、网上填报、年度总结、中期考核及项目验收等具体工作；完成报奖前期的数据、资料征集及汇总；为科研立项及成果的获得，尽职尽责。
